Subscription and usage charges
Subscription, wallet and usage charges are governed by the plan and pricing shown to the customer at purchase or activation. Third-party provider charges may be non-refundable once incurred.
Billing issues
For duplicate or incorrect charges, contact billing@yourdomain.com with the account email and transaction details. Eligible corrections or refunds will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
Provider charges
Charges imposed directly by connected third-party providers are governed by those providers' billing and refund policies.
