1. Information we collect
Depending on how the service is used, we may process account and profile information, business contact details, authentication and security records, connected-service identifiers and configuration, contacts uploaded by authorized business users, message and campaign metadata, support requests, billing records, device/browser information and technical logs.
2. Connected services
When a business connects a third-party service such as a supported WhatsApp/Meta integration, the service may process identifiers, configuration, templates, message events and webhook data required to provide requested functionality. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
3. How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, deliver requested messaging workflows, synchronize provider data, operate campaigns and inbox features, provide reports, billing and support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis and business instructions
Where applicable, information is processed to perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or based on consent. Business customers are responsible for having appropriate rights and permissions for contacts and communications they upload or initiate.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure, communications, payment, analytics or other processors only as needed to operate configured services; with connected providers at the customer's direction; or where legally required. We do not represent that customer contact data is sold to advertisers.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, billing, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Authorized business users can also manage records within their workspace. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Businesses using the service must comply with applicable age and consent requirements.
9. International processing
Service providers may process information in different jurisdictions. Appropriate safeguards should be implemented where required by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page. Privacy inquiries: privacy@yourdomain.com.
