How to request deletion of account-related personal data.
Request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to privacy@yourdomain.com. Use the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the business/account name and the email address associated with the account.
Verification
We may request reasonable verification to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What happens next
After verification, eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized within the period required by applicable law and operational requirements. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Connected provider data
Deleting information from Dezo WCRM does not automatically delete information independently held by third-party providers. Users may need to use the deletion or account controls offered by those providers as well.
Replace privacy@yourdomain.com with a monitored email address before submitting this URL for platform verification.
